Cassandra Single Release
After many months of preparation I’m excited to announce release date of my new single ‘Cassandra’ on the 28th Feb. 2025 along with an accompanying video.
Cassandra is an epic folk-rock song and an allegory for the present day that explores our denial to face the reality of our changing world and the behaviour that is contributing to it. Musically it takes you on a sonic journey from its gentle acoustic introduction to the haunting lap steel solo.
I wrote it back in 2009 but it wasn’t until 2021 when making his album ‘Wait for the Change’ that I decided to recorded. Due to it’s length and stylistic difference Cassandra didn’t make it onto the album so I decided to release it as a single.
